I don’t get to have many of the families homemade chili recipe very often, due to my husband’s food allergies. However, there comes a time when you have to make some of them special recipes just for yourself. That’s exactly what I did recently with a recipe from one of my aunts.
Homemade Chili Recipe
This homemade chili recipe is super easy to double or even triple if you have a large crowd coming over. Just double or triple up on all ingredients and make the same way.
Chili just isn’t homemade Chili if it isn’t full of goodness, which in this case means onions. However, since my husband is allergic to them, I don’t get to cook very often with them. When I do, I make sure I make enough of it so that I can freeze it or can it to have it throughout the year for a special treat.

Chili is one of my favorites to eat during the cold winter months! This looks delicious, but I would probably leave out the onions just because those aren’t really my favorite thing to eat.
That’s how I would make it for my husband, without onion and he can’t really eat the chunks of tomatoes either…which is why this one is all mine! Try it with 1/2 an onion or even a 1/4 of an onion just for the flavoring it provides.
I love how easy that looks! Thanks for sharing! My all-time favorite chili is this Creamy White Chili Recipe. You can find it here if you’re interested: http://ambrosiaandnectar.com/creamy-white-chili/
