Thaddeus did all the work on these delicious Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies! The only thing I did was put the egg in, show him how to do the chocolate, and the baking part. He did all the rest, even making balls out of the dough. He is my little baker!
Thaddeus always seems to like to help me when I’m baking something. Not sure if it is because he knows that he gets one of the first tastes of what we’ve made or if he is actually interested in baking. Guess we’ll find out soon enough. If he keeps helping, than he is interested in baking. Otherwise, he’s just doing it for that first taste!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
There is no rhyme or reason as to why I would have made flourless cookies, but I’m glad I did. These are so delicious and super easy to make. Obviously super easy as my 7-year-old made them, with just a little help from me.
Now, if you don’t want to have the little chocolate candy stars or other chocolate candies added to your cookies, feel free to leave that out of your batch. They are completely optional to add to your cookies, but I think you’ll enjoy the cookies better with them added.
Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 24 milk chocolate candy stars or other milk chocolate candy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg into medium bowl; blend until smooth
- Shape dough into 24 balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Press one chocolate star on top of each cookie.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Transfer to wire racks to completely cool.
