About Scott Gale

When not coaching his boys’ baseball teams, spending time with his family or surf kayaking, Scott is a managing partner with a private land development firm, Bluestone Communities. He has been a guest on O.C. Family Radio and KSBR-FM’s radio program “Collage,” discussing parenting issues. “Your Family Constitution” has been also featured in the “Orange County Register.” Scott is an instructor at the University of California in Irvine, where he lives with his wife and boys.

Your Family Constitution is a cute little family book.  You always hear people say that the United States Constitution is one of the greatest documents ever written, well, now you can create one just for your family.  The book goes step by step for creating your own family constitution. You will be able to create the basics, rules, and process and authority.  Within the rules you will find the purpose of each rule, the rules and parameters, rewards, and consequences.  This allows everyone to know exactly what is expected of them and what types of rewards or consequences they may end up with.  There are even some templates at the end of the book that include the Pirate’s Code, Fairy Tale, Game Plan, and the Castle Code.
