My site, that is. I will not stick with FatCow any longer. After talking to another representative today, I’ve had it. They don’t give a shit about their customers, it was very obvious with the responses I received. After explaining to the representative the problem I was having. You know, where I can’t send and receive emails because I keep getting a blank white page or an “ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.” error message all day long from trying to log into my email via their website. The responses I get?
- We are aware of the issue.
- Our engineers are working on this issue.
- I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
- Shawn, please wait for some time. We will resolve your issue.
UNACCEPTABLE! I don’t want to wait more time! This started on Thursday, 3/25/2010, how much fricken longer do you want me to wait?
I even had to ask her if she was real because I kept getting the same response:
- I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
- Shawn, please wait for some time. We will resolve your issue.
When I told her that I will be shopping for another host and I will be canceling my service. Her immediate response was.
Okay.
Would you like me to cancel your account?
Not even going to try to keep your clients, huh? Yup, that there is reason enough to drop you! Hostgator, here we come!
