Why is it so hard?

Why has it been so hard for me to find any virtual work? I’ve been looking and bidding for about a month now and I haven’t found anything. I don’t think I’m bidding too high and I know I have the experience for the projects I’m bidding on, so what could it be? I need to find a way to get my name out there and get clients. I really want this business to kick off.
