Well, it’s been almost a month since I started my diet. So far it’s going pretty good, I’ve lost between 13.5 & 14.7 pounds (13.5 is according to Weight Watchers and 14.7 is according to Extrapounds.com). Not sure why the difference, they both started at the same weight and both have the current weight.
Weight Watchers has been a decent help for me so far with my diet. I am eating healthier, but I could do better. I could also be doing much better at the exercising part, but I seem to run out of time every day, between work, school, and family time. Maybe once these classes are done I’ll get more time. Taking two classes at one time, it’s hard to find time for much else. I’ve also decided that I’m not going to take the Alli pills, for several reasons.
But, all in all, whether it be 13.5 or 14.7 pounds lost, it’s all good! I’m just about half way to where I want to be
