Nickelodeon: Floam & Gak {Review}

DSCN2940

I don't know about your kids, but Thaddeus LOVES to play with things that make a mess, are sticky, are gooey, and everything in between. What could be better than Nickelodeon's Gak & Floam for him? Apparently Nickelodeon Gak & Floam has been around since the 1990's, who knew?  I guess since I was in high school during the early 90's it wasn't something I would have been into at that time. I had actually never heard of it, but the hubby knew what Gak was as soon as he seen it.  Go figure! Floam and Gak are back and they have been reformulated to be better than ever! Deep Cleaning Your Kids’ Rooms

Our children might be our little angels but they can be little devils when it comes to trying to keep your house clean. You scrub and scrub those carpets and it seems nothing will get those peanut butter stains out; the walls seem to be permanently covered in your little darling’s latest crayon masterpieces and there isn’t a spot in the house safe from sticky hand-prints. Cleaning up after your brood through the body of the house might seem like a nightmare, but it’s nothing when compared with the horror of trying to give the kids’ rooms a proper clean. If you’re like me, you {Keep on Reading}

Camping With Kids

For parents camping trips are a good way to fill up your child’s holidays and get them out enjoying nature. It is also a great tradition and it is a good way to toughen up your kids a little, especially if you live in an urban area.  Of course it will also provide you with a lot of challenges – practical ones like getting sleeping bags and other equipment; and bigger ones like ensuring your children have a good time in a new environment. Camping requires a lot of equipment in any circumstances, when you go with your kids you will need to take a huge amount of gear along with you. This {Keep on Reading}

You’d think the second time around would be easier

baby_bracelet_clipart

Well, I guess it normally is, but when you have kids 6 years apart, who really keeps all the stuff from the first baby?  I know we didn't.  Most of the clothes we gave a way or sold the following year or two and the same with all the toys.  We kept a few pieces of clothing for the just in case, but I don't think we ever really thought that time would come. Anyway, as you can imagine, we've got to get everything all over again! Heck, we have to remember what all we need :teehee because it's been so long!  With Thaddeus we got everything, I mean everything and everything was all {Keep on Reading}
