Submitted our bid

Well, it’s done!  We’ve submitted our bid for the house .  Didn’t take a lot of time to do, just had to decide on the offer price and pay the EMD.  Pretty basic.

They are already looking at another offer and it is said that they are giving the people until 5PM today for any changes.  So if they haven’t heard from them by now, then we could have a chance at the house :woohoo Well, at least just as much of a chance as anyone else who has submitted a bid.  We went pretty high on our bid, well over the original asking price in hopes that we can get it.

So now we just wait :waiting and hope that they like our offer best!

Well, I know you hate waiting. We didn’t have a bidding problem since our house wasn’t finished when we said we wanted it. The original realtor didn’t want to sell it to us for he didn’t want to share the commission. He was jerk and our realtor reported him and was known as a jerk in the realtor world. He had no choice, but to sell us the house. Since your bid was higher then my guess is you should get it. John wanted to know how much you were wanting to pay for a house, but I told him that was rude to ask. He hopes that you get what you want.

Waiting sucks! But while we wait we will continue looking for a house in hopes that either our bid is accepted on this house or we find another house that we like just as much, if not more.
