That’s right, we have the first team to advance to round 2 of the playoffs. The penguins swept the series against the Senators tonight. The only other teams close to taking the series is the Rangers, who are up 3 games to 1 against the Devils and The Canadiens are up 3 games to 1 over the Bruins.
I’m hoping that the Rangers take the series in the next game. It’ll be great to see a team with a couple X-Red Wings advance, especially one being Shanny :bigsmile: I am however, a little disappointed with the Bruins, I was so hoping that they would take the series against the Canadiens, but I guess I can’t pick all the good teams!
The Wings on the other hand are playing horribly :frown: I have been very disappointed with them these last two games. I’m hoping they pick it up in the second period of tonights game and go on to win the game, but one can only hope. I’ll have to wait until the morning to find out who wins that game. I hate the Wings being in the Western conference and getting stuck playing teams in different time zones than we are in. Games end too late for me!
Oh great, they pulled Hasek and put in Osgood, that just means we’ll definitely lose now. They really need to get a goalie!!!!!!!!!!
