doesn’t always mean good news. Especially when you are trying to buy a house :(( I got a call about 30 minutes ago from our Realtor, the bank accepted the offer from the other party trying to buy the house so it looks like we’ll have to start searching for another house and hope that we find something.

Yes, John and I are sorry that you didn’t get the house. I know you will eventually find something. He says to stay positive. The economy is not the best so it will take longer. You don’t want to rush into it. I did like the house with the porch out in the country. If you are still using the same realtor you might want to get a new one for this one if it is the same as the other one sounds not so great. I would have thought with the high bid you all had you would have gotten it. If you kept the same realtor as the other mishap then I would get a new realtor, but that is me. You shouldn’t have had to wait that long to hear anything. We got a new one after ours was not so good and then we got a house. Just keep looking!
