House is being appraised

Well, the house should be getting appraised right now by the bank.  Not really sure what that means, other than the bank is making sure the house is worth what we are willing to pay.  Plus I think it’ll let the bank know if the house is truly FHA ready.  I’m just wanting to hear from the bank that all is approved and we can move in :hehehe

Will update more when I hear something
