Went and looked at another house today It’s just like the one we liked from Friday that is pending a sale, with a few changes in the layout (mainly the entry to the basement).
Here are the pictures I took from the visit as you can see it needs very little work (all cosmetic). We are waiting to hear back from realtor to see if we can make an FHA bid on the house (currently not listed as an FHA home but she thinks it could be just an error). We should hear something hopefully by 10AM. If we can use an FHA loan for the house then Brandon will be going to visit the realtor to fill out all the paperwork for the bid tomorrow. It’s got a special bid thing going on, all bids have to be in by 10AM on Wednesday and the best offer gets the house.
