We are getting closer to officially being home owners. Yeah, we have a home, but it’s a trailer and I don’t consider it a “home”. Brandon went down yesterday and signed the purchase agreement and addendum’s and they were sent to the selling bank.
The next step is for the selling bank to sign off on them and then the inspections take place. We’ll have 7 days to have the inspection done by the bank’s inspector and our own inspector and then we decide if we still want to purchase the home. I’ve already talked to the inspector we are going to hire and he’s got all the information he’ll need, he’s just waiting for our call to set up the inspection.
If all goes well, the next step after that would be the loan process, which hopefully won’t take too long. But they’ve already got us set up for a closing date of May 27th 
So, yet again we have to wait, but at least this is a waiting that is a lot further into the process than we’ve been before 
We could be in a new house before summer starts! This could be very cool since the house comes with a pool, we may be able to get it all cleaned and set up for Thaddeus’ 4th birthday……Party at the new house 
Well, I hope that everything goes well and that you do get this house. I know you really want it and so I will keep my fingers crossed about the inspection. I hope that Thaddeus gets to have a party with the pool for his birthday. Good Luck!
