You may recall about a month ago my rant about our Realtor, Starting all over, well, we’ve had it, and thisl time she’s done! I’m tired of her being a lazy ass that doesn’t get her job done when she is supposed to. After much thinking and another look over of The first house we decided that we were going to go ahead with our bid on the house. I call her just after 9AM yesterday and tell her what we want to do. She was in the middle of something that had to be done and submitted within 10 minutes and asked me if she could call me back. Sure, I understand that you were doing something. So I wait, and wait! 2 HOURS later I send her a quick email, just a reminder of what we wanted since I hadn’t heard back. I got busy at work and wasn’t able to check my email for a while, but at about 2:15 I get a call from her telling me that the bank has some other offers and now has a 4PM deadline of a best and highest. So I’m PISSED! Pissed as hell! Not only did they not have any bids as of the day before, but now they have several and want to do a best and highest? So, I tell her to just forget it. They’ve got our bid. I can’t do anything more, I can’t call Brandon at work to find out what he wants to do.
Come to find out, when I got home, that within 10-15 minutes of me sending her the email reminding her of the bid, she emailed me back saying she will get the bid sumitted right then. WHAT????? You mean, you not only didn’t bother to call me back, but you still haven’t submitted our bid???? Another hour and a half later I get another email stated that the bid was just submitted!! 
what the hell have you been waiting on?
We are done with her, we are in the search for a new Realtor and we are also contacting the listing agents of both houses from the House Hunting 4/4 to be sure they really are pending a sale, because the house The second house is still showing up on several sites and normally it comes off the listings within a day, two at the latest, of becoming pending annd the The first house just got relisted. Not sure why it’s relisted, but it’s got a new MLS #!

I am so sorry to hear your problem with the Realtor. I would get a new one and tell her to leave you alone. I would contact the Realtor Board on her and tell them what a bad job she has done. Our first Realtor we had to get away from when we bought our house because he was telling us what we wanted to see and where we wanted to see them and he had no idea what we could and couldn’t see and he was doing his own thing for us and not at all what we wanted so we left him. We happen to go into a house where a Realtor was and she was so nice and positive that we asked her to be our Realtor and she found us a house and was so nice about it. You will give them commission so if you do not like the Realtor then by God get another one and report this one. She sounds like she doesn’t care about you since you are using loans and govt. help to get a house. I think she doesn’t help you because she sees you as a client who is using FHA and not a family who has tons of money. I find that to be awful myself, but that is the way the world works. To me, it shouldn’t matter and our first Realtor thought that we couldn’t buy more then we really could and didn’t really want to help us because of that for he usually sells homes over 200,000 and the second one she didn’t care. They are a dime a dozen as these Realtors go so go get another and be happy and Good luck with the search. If the second house is still on the market find a new Realtor and put a bid in on it if that si what you really want. Good luck!
