Doors

As you know, we recently purchased our first home.  It’s an older home, and I mean older!  I think it contains the same main doors as when the house was new!  With that being said, we are in the need of updating it a bit.  Not that we want to, because it looks great to us.  Although we love the way the doors look, we’d like to update the door hinge and door handles, but at the same time keep the antique look of them.

With the spring months coming, we’ll definitely be doing some updating, and I think the front door will be the first to be updated, our biggest concern is the door handles.

So where are you going to buy the handles? Restoration Hardware has nice stuff.

Haven’t decided yet. We’d love the older kind because the hole in the door for the deadbolt is a small hole and we really don’t want to cut a bigger hole. We’ll see, but we’ll do something with it this year :D
