We all know how much I love Carolina Pad products, I’ve been blessed to do several reviews for them and when I was given the opportunity to do another review I just couldn’t pass it up. Especially when I read about the Commerce with a Conscience cause and how it would benefit the Girls on the Run International.
Commerce with a Conscience Collections
Each year, Carolina Pad devotes a collection of school and office products to the Commerce with a Conscience cause. A portion of the sales of these items is then donated to a nonprofit organization.
- Dreamsicle Collection and Girls on the Run – 2010 -Carolina Pad partnered with Signature Designer Jackie McFee and Girls on the Run International (GOTR) to create the Dreamsicle Collection, stylish school and office products for women and girls. The GOTR after-school curriculum-based program inspires more than 50,000 girls a year to celebrate their bodies, honor their voices, and embrace their gifts in more than 150 cities across North America
- Kendall Kollection and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – 2008 and 2009 - Carolina Pad partnered with Jackie McFee and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to launch the Kendall Kollection. Funds raised through the Kendall Kollection support LLS’s blood cancer research and patient education and support services.

About Commerce with a Conscience™

The first Commerce with a Conscience collection – the Kendall Kollection – was launched in 2008 in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

I love the pastel colors in this collection! With this review collection, I received the following items:
- 1-subject notebook – MSRP $2.99
- Ideal book (3-subject professional notebook) – MSRP $3.99
- Ribbon-tie journal – MSRP $5.99
- 2-pocket folder – MSRP $.99
- Composition Book – MSRP $2.59
- Personal book – MSRP $2.50
- Binder w/tab dividers – MSRP $5.99 & $2.49
When the review package arrived, I was shocked! The box that the items came it was a bit unusual, but all played a part with the whole Girls on the Run thing. Check out the box the collection came in
.
We all know that these things are said and it’s horrible to see girls go through it. We also all know someone, whether it was ourselves or someone we knew, that has been told some of these things and we need to make sure we stand together to encourage people to stop or to counter their words with more encouraging comments. Be a part of the solution, not part of the problem!
Since the first time I saw the Carolina Pad products I was in love! You can’t say enough good things about their products and the only bad thing I’ve found is that they really only cater to girls. Kind of hard to share these awesome products with my son
. As with all of the Carolina Pad products, these are of great quality. I can never tell you enough times about their products and how great they are. I have two nieces, who will be receiving Carolina Pad products for their Birthday and/or Christmas presents!
Disclosure: I would like to thank Carolina Pad for providing me with the Dreamsicle Collection for the purpose of this review. All opinions are that of my own.
