Bad news again

So I logged into my email this morning and got an email from our agent.  The bank went with the other offer on the house, so no house for us yet again! :argh

So, I called our agent and asked her to check into the The first house and make sure that it would go FHA and if so to enter a bid for us.  So, again, we’ll be waiting to hear back.

Unique Baby Clothes

This is really getting tiresome :(( and I’m starting to not like house hunting or shopping anymore :giggle

You don’t have to settle for what you really don’t want and it sounds like you really didn’t want the first house. I wouldn’t make a decision until you are really sure. You will live in this place everyday for many many years and if you are not truly satisfied then don’t buy it. This is a huge investment and possibly the biggest one you will have in your life time. Consider all of the house and all of everything around it. We didn’t consider fully the area around us and I wish we would have for if I had then I wouldn’t of bought this house in this area and gone to the other side of town for so many reasons. I am so very sorry about your luck. I would hold out until you find a house you totally love. Just because you can’t find a house now doesn’t mean you have to pick one that doesn’t satisfy you just to have one. I see no rush for you. All the best of luck.

HUGE ((HUGS)) !! If there is that much demand where you live, send some good housing vibes out here! There’s tons of homes just sitting with no prospective buyers.

We wouldn’t be picking this house just because we can’t find another one. We went to this house twice before seeing the other house, we were set to bid on this house to begin with. We decided to go with the other house last time because we ended up liking it more. This house still has all of the features that we want in a house and it has an added benefit of being less than a mile from where I work and less than 3 miles from where Brandon works. It’s also less than 1/4 of a mile from Thaddeus’ doctor (we could literally walk to his appointments). The only reason we chose the other one was because it had a couple added features that we liked over this one. We know the neighborhood very well, I’ve worked in the neighborhood for almost 10 years now, the school district is excellent, and we already know where everything is.
